Although, as noted, you can't delete the history, you can hide items:

Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support

You cannot get rid of your purchase history unless you invent a time machine and go back in time and never purchase the items in question.

You cannot do that.

But that shouldn’t matter, since you’re the only person using your Apple ID.
