Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Sharing > Computer Name.
I’ve competed those steps but my login name is still the original name. So the login screen is not displaying my computer name. Is this something different?
Your login name and Mac name is not the same. The login was established when you initially setup your Mac for the first time.
I want to change it. Please advise.
