Where to find "recently viewed" in Apple TV?

Why does TV use the same user hostile practices as Netflix?

Last night I watched an episode of Mosquito Coast. Tonight I launch TV and am presented with the following :

“Up next” which one may believe continues on the next episode of the last show you watched, it does not, nor anything recent.

“What to watch” which is totally irrelevant to most people’s task

Now on… mmmk.

Channels. Really?

Apple Music TV! WTH is this? Really. How is this related?

Af infinitum which is the entire problem with this UI. It hates for you to continue watching what you watched last night.

how do you find what you recently viewed so you can pick it back up?

ipados.

Mosquito Coast has aired 5 episodes so far. If you have watched/played all 5, then it won’t be visible in Up Next, until episode 6 is released (next Friday).

Currently, there is no such list in the Apple TV app. ‘Up Next’ looks forward, not backward.
