Low Battery Mode battery draining

I'm using iPhone XR and battery health 88% and whenever I keep in low power mode my battery is draning so quick than normal like 4-5% for 20 mins even when I'm not using the mobile. I don't know what to do. Pls help me

Next, we recommend opening Settings > Battery > Last 24 hours, scroll down to the section "Battery Usage by App," then check to see if any apps are consuming significant battery life. Typically, app usage causes the battery to drain. However, you can help maximize battery life. Here’s how:
