It’s says my account has been disabled from the apple store

According to "If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support:"

"Contact Apple Support for help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."

Open iCloud.com on PC or Mac and try resetting your password in your profile. Update the profile as well. Edit/update an email address, if you have not provided one yet. Sign out of your Apple ID from settings, and login back in. Now open App Store if you are asked with credentials to log in provide them with the updated set of username and password.
