apple care service in china
I bought my ipad pro in Korea in 2019.
At this moment, I am staying in China and can’t go back Korea due to Covid-19.
I tried to use apple care service in China. But they asked to show purchasing evidence.
I showed serial number but they never accept it without purchasing evidence.
So my question is,
- Can you provide purchasing evidence ? (if I inform my serial number.)
- If not possible getting apple service in China, can you extend my apple care service to end of this year?
