How to clear application cache from my MacBook?
For the past couple of weeks my MacBook has been running slow...it takes a lot of time to boot up...and also the caches are all piling up...pls help me clear those caches

Start up your Mac in safe mode It does a Repair Disk, clears cache files and only loads Apple Software, extensions and Fonts, so loads slowly - Normal. Thought, the Application cache files will be recreated the cache files after opening the Application(s).
