ECG not working

Hi,


My iPhone, Watch and iTunes are in ECG supported region, yet when I try to use ECG it error with message that my region is not supported. How can I get it to work as advertised?

Was the watch bought in a supported region?;

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.
