ECG not working

Hi,

My iPhone, Watch and iTunes are in ECG supported region, yet when I try to use ECG it error with message that my region is not supported. How can I get it to work as advertised?

Thank you for the answer. Watch has been purchased in supported region.

However, Apple do not advertise the product with residing government approval, or I could not find it?

As much I could find, the only requirement is to set the watch to supported region. Please advise?

When you are buying something, usually you don't look at support pages, right? My point is that Apple does not advertise the product before they sell it correctly.
