wifi disconnects after locked, phone,ipad

my iphone 12 and new ipad pro M1 do same things, after phone and iapd are locked about for 30min, if i want use it wifi not connected, well it shows but no internet, i must turn wifi off and back on, and it will appear, my daughters ipad and wife’s iphone 11 works well, only trouble with my device’s, i try everything, reset network, reset and changed router settings, ipads and iphones wifi settings, nothing helps, this problem still there, any ideas?
