how can i fixed my iphone 7? after updating my ios, another appled id appear on it. which before i update my ios my apple id already sign in into icloud. i buy my iphone into second hand and i have no contact to those first user of this iphone, i hope you can help me.

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support.
