Я делала покупку в apple store пробную на 3 дня проверить приложение face app, приложение зафиксировалась как встроенная покупка и пытается снять у меня с карты 1113 грн 71 коп., я от данного приложения отписалась еще до того как заканчивалось временное пользование, но так как покупка встроенная, я ничего не могу сделать, я не могу скачать приложение, я не могу загрузить какую-либо карту на данный apple id, так как у меня пытаются снять эту сумму, а из-за того, что на карте нет данной суммы, карта не активизируется, мне данная покупка не нужна, есть ли возможность убрать эту функцию и чтобы деньги за данную покупку у меня не снимали? Я не могу ничего скачать на свой телефон и не могу оплатить другие мне необходимые приложения

I made a trial purchase in the apple store for 3 days to check the face app, the application was registered as an in-app purchase and is trying to withdraw UAH 1113 71 kopecks from my card, I unsubscribed from this application even before the temporary use ended, but since the purchase built-in, I can’t do anything, I can’t download the application, I can’t load any card on the given apple id, as they are trying to withdraw this amount from me, and because the card does not have this amount, the card is not activated, I do not need this purchase, is it possible to remove this function and so that the money for this purchase is not withdrawn from me? I cannot download anything to my phone and cannot pay for other applications I need
