Battery Heath Drop is Fine:

Battery Health goes down as it goes down - and, no: it is not possible to get the Battery Health back to 100%. But, out of the box, the percentage typically drops 1-3%. So, not worries there. Your iPhone's battery is fine, and it is not harmed, presumably.
