Hi,

Well, you should check your billing statement to see if there’s any information about the Amazon account used to subscribe to Amazon Prime.

If not, you can check if there’s any active subscription on Amazon Account(s) you have, you, or a member of your family.

If there’s an active subscription, follow instructions here to cancel it.

If don’t have any Amazon account or any active subscription on your Amazon account(s), report this unauthorized charge to your bank.

Hi,

Are you sure this purchase has been made through Apple?

There’s no evidence on the email it has been bought trough Apple, did you receive a receipt purchase from iTunes Store?

Your subscription has expired on 04/15/21, so it certainly doesn’t come from Apple, or not your Apple ID.

You can see recent transactions made with your Apple ID on this page —> if you don’t see AMZN Prime Subscription, that means it doesn’t come from your Apple ID, so not from Apple
