IF I HAVE THE SOUND TURNED OFF ON MY I-PHONE 12 PRO MAX AND AN EMERGENCY CALL COMES IN, WILL IT RING?
No. How would the phone know it was an emergency call?
If this is an issue donât turn off the sound with the Mute switch. Instead use Do Not Disturb (Settings/Do Not Disturb). When setting it up tap on Allow Calls From and choose an option such as Favorites, or create a Contact Group for emergency numbers and choose that Group. To create such a group in iCloud contacts you can do it by logging in to https://icloud.com, using the Contacts app on your Mac, or with the 3rd party iPhone app âGroupsâ.
