Only shows Library in the Apple TV app on iPhone 11

I have deleted the app, reinstalled, restated the phone and I’m in the US, and this is all I get when I open the app.

I am at a total loss

To start, does this behavior persist if you connect your iPhone to a reliable Wi-Fi network with good signal strength, then quit and reopen the app?


You'll also want to ensure your iPhone is running the latest software version, which is iOS 14.6. You can check that in Settings > General > About. If needed, learn more about updating here:


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Next, although you mentioned you're in the US; you'll want to be sure you have the US set as the country or region for your Apple ID. In some locations, only synced videos are available in the Apple TV app. Have a look at the links below to learn more:
