Iphone 12 Pro Max showing call logs from other apps instead of just regular phone calls

Hi all,

does anyone know how do i disable call logs from other apps such as skype, facebook messengers or grab to appear in my call logs? I dont mind it but i would really appreaciate it if i can only trace the call logs with only regular phone calls

Call log integration I have iphone 13, on the phone calls log I find also messenger and IG and Whatsaap calls logged there. How can I stop the phone from logging apps calls in phone calls log?

I want to stop seeing every apps call history(whats app / teams/facetime/facebook messenger) in phone call history.
