Error4013
I have updated my laptop and iTunes and I'm still getting "an unknown error occurred (4013). It's the iPhone XR. Went completely dead last night and when trying to turn it back in it gives the restore screen

Did you try to restore by selecting restore rather than update? If you followed all of the instructions in here, If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support, then contact Apple for help as stated at the end of the support article.
