Can’t connect with apple store in my MacBook Pro

Good morning to everyone..

firstly sorry for my not 100% English knowledge.


I have an MacBook Pro 16 inches, and all the sudden I can’t connect with the apple store..can’t download apps, can’t update them, etc..I also have an iPhone and an iPad but both are ok ! How strange..


can you please give me some tips to solve this issue?

ive done 2 phone calls to apple care, after 3 hours conversation they couldn’t do anything!


so I would like an advice from you guys..

It does seem strange you haven't been able to connect to the App Store on your MacBook Pro


Your Apple ID is the account that you use to access all Apple services.

Have you checked everything is in order there, and your payment method has a a valid expiry date ?

I wonder if you have updated your Apple ID or password

and the change has not been updated with the App Store ?

Have you tried connecting to the App Store in this way ?

Click the small black Apple icon on the left in the top menu bar of your MacBook Pro.

Choose "App Store" from the drop-down menu that opens.


Wondering if you got an error message when you have tried to use the App Store ?

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
