I would like to use the only one Apple TV that I have with different TVs in my apartment. Is there a way to use the same Apple TV without connecting and disconnecting every time? For example, I may have friends watching a movie in the living room but then at night I may like to watch a movie from my bedroom, using the Apple TV without disconnecting it from another device.

You could use an HDMI splitter like this:
But this assumes you are able to run HDMI cables to each of the TV (there is a limit to the workable length of these cables). Otherwise a wireless HDMI extender might work:
But it is asking of lot these components to cope with 4K video!
