Just plugged in and set up a new Apple TV 4K, replacing 2nd Gen Apple TV. Signed in with my iCloud account - and the screen looks like the factory setting from my old one. Do I really need to download most of the apps and sign in again? Help.

Apple TV's after the 3rd generation have an App Store. To get apps (Netflix, HBO, Paramount + etc...) you must download them from the App Store and then sign into your account for each app. Please refer to Set up your Apple TV.
