I want to get my money back because the app in which I used my money has become bad and you are facing many problems and it is not worth this money

How to request a refund of your money.
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

Apple Support have an article online that may help you apply for a refund of your money.
