ROBLOX Premium

I subscribed to ROBLOX Premium on roblox for $5.00 and i didn’t get my premium and it won’t let me check my receipt i got on itunes but it does say i bought it, the only problem is it says pending so I’m not sure what to do. I just want my premium that I bought. I have proof i bought premium too, and it says i’m subscribed too it but it’s not showing i have premium on roblox

If possible you can try troubleshooting the app to see if that helps. This includes checking for an app update and reinstalling the app to test the issue. You can also take a look at your purchase history and report the transaction. If you don't want a refund, we would recommend reaching out to the developers to let them know what's happening.


If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
