My touchscreen doesn’t respond on xs max

my touchscreen isnt working even after hard reset. It says phone is disabled,try again in 15 minutes but still nothing. Unfortunately i dont have a computer, only Ipad if that makes a difference on restoring. What else can i do? I have an xs max.

iphone scree not working hi my iphone screen is completely not working. at first it was spotty and not allowing me to fully type in my passcode to the point where my phone got disabled for an hour. Then after that the screen didnt work. and every time i do a manual reset it disables for another hour. It wont let me swipe. I have a mac book air, with no adapter so i cant connect to itunes. does anyone know what else i could do to fix this? I have an iphone X.

Restart your device. Make sure your screen is clean and free of any debris or water. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
