Can you transfer Apple TV settings, apps, and logins from old Apple TV?

I'm planning on buying a new Apple TV 4K. Is it possible to transfer all the settings, apps, and passwords from my old Apple TV HD to the new one?

You can transfer as much as possible by activating One Home Screen on both devices (the old one first), so that they sync through iCloud.
