What exactly is included in the trade-in kit for an iMAC 27in?
iMac 27″, macOS 11.3
Shipping box and labels. When you ship your iMac, do not ship the keyboard and mouse only the computer itself.

Happy to help. I would also take photos of the computer running and that clearly show it's physical condition. Ensure your camera adds the date to the photo too. This is just insurance that shows the condition of the computer prior to shipping in case of a dispute.
Apple does want you to include the power cable with the iMac.
