iPhone 11 PRO Water Splash Repair/replacement

If my phone got wet at a Florida ride and would not turn on, would Apple honor Apple Care Warranty, phone is less than a year old and was not submerged or went underwater.

Will this be considered Water Damage even tough Apple test published says phone is protected from water splash?
