If my phone got wet at a Florida ride and would not turn on, would Apple honor Apple Care Warranty, phone is less than a year old and was not submerged or went underwater.
Will this be considered Water Damage even tough Apple test published says phone is protected from water splash?

Water damage is not covered by the warranty. If you have Apple Care+, you could use one of your damage incidents and pay the fee.
