I brought brand new iPhone 12 pro max 128gb from Noon.com. And it came with preinstalled Verizon e-sim. Please help somebody to identify the reason behind the same. Whether it is used one/refurbished or something like that?

It's an American Phone, meant for the American market. Most carrier specific phones in the U.S will come with a sim card, nothing strange about that.
In your case, it's a grey market phone not intended for sale in the UAE. Which means Warranty will not be valid there.
It's not likely to be locked though, since iPhones in the U.S are not locked any more except in very specific circumstances and Verizon is not known to lock phones anymore unless purchased through them with a plan.
Noon should not be selling these phones, but since they can get around UAE policies regarding FaceTime and things like that, selling grey market phones meant for other regions is good business.

Yes. Its look like that. I got one 5G sim from sim slot. No other are supporting. I have to wait for 60days to unlock it.
