Long story short I found out an app I allowed my 7 year old to download contains adult imagery (a ***** to be specific) though it states it is appropriate for 9+. As I no longer see a report option how do I report this and completely remove it from the purchase history? Thank you all.

To report the app, check out this article to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple to find the app in your download history. Follow this link to reportaproblem.apple.com. Once signed in, you will have an option to report an app in the dropdown menu.
To remove the app from your purchase history, you can follow this link to Hide apps for your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. This will allow you to hide the apps properly form your purchase history.
