What to Do:
A. Cancelling Subscriptions
Refer to the link provided atop this post.
B. Requesting a Refund:
If this is a purchase, then request a refund.  Go Here: Request a Refund for Apps or Content that you Bought from Apple - Apple Support
C. Contact Apple Support:
To get firsthand support from Apple, contact them via phone. These are user-to-user forums. No one here has access to your account (and the is a good thing, BTW). So, ask Apple for assistance. Also, request to perform come screensharing, if you need to show this to them firsthand.

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. And that makes sense, because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
