Optimised Charging is not working on my iPhone 11.
I have been using my iPhone 11 since November, 2020.
I have reseted all settings as per advice from Apple Support Service. It did not solve the problem.
What should be the next step to make it work?

Are you using it the way it was intended? Turn on Optimized Battery Charging, then charge overnight each night. After a few days it should recognize your usage pattern. It only works well if you use about the same charging strategy every day.
