Do you mean the passcode used to lock an individual device? This is stored only on the device, so unlike your Apple ID password there is no way of retrieving it. I'm afraid your only option is to erase the device. Please seeIf you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
