Downloading Fitness+ workouts

I my gym there is not a very good internet connection. So I am trying to download workouts to my iPad. However, on the iPad the download is super slow and most of time does not complete. It is not my internet connection as I can easily download the workout with the same connection to my iPhone.

Anything I am missing here.

1) I have the latest operating system (14.6)

2) I have wiped the iPad and reinstalled it, no luck on this issue.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! From your post, it sounds like you're trying to watch Fitness+ workouts while offline, but they aren't downloading on your iPad. We'll do all we can to help!


Since running into this issue, have you had a chance to check the storage amount you have available on your iPad? Navigate to Settings > General > iPad Storage. If you have storage available and the download doesn't exceed available storage, restart your iPad and try downloading while connected to another network:
