my ipod touch has been disabled, and everything I have tried failed. it will not turn off and the support.apple.com/ipod/restore is the only thing that will show up on the ipod, any suggestions would be appreciated

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
