The Satechi Spec’s state compatibility with the 2018/2020 iPad Pro. As such - and whilst the 2021 USB-C port has been updated to support USB4/Thunderbolt3 - there is no reason for this hub to be any less compatible with the new 2021 models of iPad Pro.

The older model that you illustrate should be similarly usable with the 2021 iPad Pro.
