if my iPhone died , can data still be transferred to new phone?

is it possible to transfer data to a new phone once the phone won’t power up ?

if old iPhone is completely dead, how do I transfer all data to new I phone. If old I phone is completely dead how do I get all contacts and other data onto new I phone. old phone will not e even turn on for a second.

Not from the phone itself.

You can use your backup you made using iCloud or your computer.

If you didn’t make a backup, you are out of luck.
