Disable Cellular - Use Wi-Fi:
Looking in Settings, is Cellular enabled? If so, disable Cellular, and use Wi-Fi.
Why not? What happens when you try? Do you get an error? If so what does it say? Are you trying to download them from somewhere other than the App Store App on the iPhone?
Please provide details about the issue you are having, and someone may be able to help.
Are they on the Apple App Store? If not you cannot download them, sorry.
I'm on the app store and have downloaded several apps (Facebook, Instgram, etc). I cant download google photos, google drive, Disney+, etc. I've set up a payment method within the app store.
On the app store, I find the app (google photos) push "get" button and nothing happens, its routes me back to the same download page within the app store and it notes (in-App Purchases). Again I've set up a credit card in the app store, so I dont know what going on. I also tried to load money onto Apple wallet to see if that fixes things but I cant do that either.
Help??
