My sound is very low on my IPhone XR. I can't hear the caller very well. It's low . And the ring sound is low. What should I do?

My IPhone XR has very low sound. I can barely hear the person talking when I get a call and I can barely hear the phone ring.

Ring tone - use Vol Up button while in Home Screen

Call volume - use Vol Up button during a live call.
