I have been blocked. I am 80 years old and I went about a problem in a wrong way. Please let me know what I can do to correct this situation so I can be in good standing again.

I am 80 years old and I had a situation that ended in me being blocked from getting any App.

I handled a situation in a wrong way and I need to know how I can correct this. I am sorry.
