WHICH PASSWORD, Apple ID or screen unlock?
You still haven’t said WHICH PASSWORD.
Do you mean the password that goes with your Apple ID?
or
Do you mean the passcode that unlocks the screen on your phone?
Rafael, ty but it turns sideways I tried changing settings but doesn't seem to work for me . I apologize for any inconvenience !
There is nothing in the instructions about turning the phone sideways.
Did you forget your Apple ID password, or your phone’s lock screen passcode?
The on screen keyboard automatically turns only allowing me 1/4 of keyboard to change my password

I apologize I know my password but when I go to change it the on screen keyboard won't show me the entire keyboard
