US ipad be used in UAE
Just wanted to inquire if I could use a US bought iPad in the UAE where the power supply is 220v for charging?
You should always use the manufacturer suggested voltages when charging your device. For this situation if you are traveling, I recommend you pick up a international traveler charging kit from a local retailer. They step down the voltage and allow you to continue to use your normal US made plug and adapters.
