mac turns on then colour goes fuzzy
After turning on the MacBook pro, the screen goes to a fuzziness and the Mac becomes unusable.
Please see the attached screen shot, any help will be grateful

If you connect to external monitor and the issue is visible there, it would indicate a GPU issue. If external looks normal it would indicate a issue with your built in display or projector cable connecting the internal display.

Its the same even if I plug it into a TV, I am still unable to control the Mac. At first i thought it was overheating, but that's not the case even if I put an external fan below the device without the base cover on.
