Verizon activation fee

Hi! I purchased 2 iPhone 12s at the Nashua apple store. The associate helping us told me that Verizon would wave the activation fee cause it was activated in the apple store. I’ve been on the phone all day with Verizon , they are refusing to take off the $70 fee saying that the apple employee lied to me. Can you please give me some advice on what I should do going forward? I specifically purchased the phones at the apple store to avoid the fee. If you could please help

even if I have the name of the associate, date, time, no one is willing to ask her about this? Or willing to accept responsibility that a employee made a mistake and will honor what was guaranteed to a customer?

So again... nobody here, where you are hopelessly venting your frustration, can do anything for you.


I believe the Apple Store manager is the correct point of contact for in store issues.

6 people I’ve spoken to about this so far and not one offered even the slightest offer of a resolution . I truly expected more from apple. Instead of answering honestly, they bail out of the conversation and you are greeted with “welcome to apple! How may I assist you?”

unbelievable. I’ve never felt with such a lack of communication. I’m so sorry to be so negative, I am just beyond frustrated having the SAME conversation since 1:00 this afternoon.
