Hi,
My phone is out of storage and it doesn't allow me to delete my photos and videos, so i tried to delete some apps, the storage space doesn't seems to change even if i deleted 4 apps. I then tried to off it (thinking to restart) but now it is stuck at the black apple and white screen. I tried to connect to iTunes but it would not connect.
Please help. I need to keep my data.

Filling up the storage 100% can brick the phone.
Use a Mac, not PC, to do this.
Work all through it.

There is no guarantee you can save any data since your last backup
I think your phone may be dead. I hope you did your weekly backups or had set iCloud automatic backup.

I did use a mac, it could not detect. Can't even go to recovery mode, least said restore or reset.
