I forgot account password and security question
I forgot my old apple ID and I need to reset it back, I forgot security question and I don’t know how to get it back

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.
If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
