Animojis don't recognize my face.

When trying to use the animoji it says that there was a problem and my face was not recognized, it also says touch to resume, I press and it works for a second and stops again.
Sorry, my cell phone is in Spanish, it's an iPhone 12 pro max

Animoji not working I just upgraded my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 13 Pro Max and I’m running into numerous bugs. The straw that kind of broke the camel’s back for me is issues with the Animoji’s. It does not work, then it gives me a message saying, “Face tracking failed” and tells me to “tap to retry”. When I do that nothing happens. Please help.

Memoji Not Working on brand new iPhone XR I bought a iPhone XR For a upgrade and I love the phone but 1 downside is the Memojis don’t work. The Face ID works perfectly fine but for the Memojis it says Tap to Resume and then just says low light but my face is in good lighting. I’ve already factory reseted the phone but it don’t work. Any help to get this fixed?
