When attempting to buy something (Books thru App) Apple password not recognized.

Have re-set repeatedly but still keeps happening—

Why?

Hi sesmitman,

We understand you're unable to sign into iBooks with your Apple ID and password. Are you able to sign into appleid.apple.com with your password? Are you signed into another Apple device with your account?

Am unable to sign in to apple id. w/ PW on iPhone but Face i.d. works—signed in on Mac Book Pro & iPad—
