Total calories available on watch

I have just bought a series 6 Apple Watch and am trying to find a way to get resting and total calories available on the watch. I don’t always have my phone around and need to know roughly how many calories I burn for meals and tracking. Is there a way to get it on the watch?

No this information is only available on the phone,unless there is a 3rd party app that might do what you ask.
