Apple ID name change

Hello,

my girlfriend’s iPhone had issues this morning.

At first, face ID wouldn’t work. Happens often, so far no problem.

She then tried to enter her phone code (6 digits), but iPhone kept saying she entered the wrong code.

We then user iTunes to reset the complete phone in restore mode.

The device came through but my name was linked in her account.

I think the rest was still her information, phone number, email adress, everything was correct, it just said ‘IPhone from Svenn’, instead of her name. My name is only with 1 ‘N’, so it’s not something I did since I never entered my name wrong into Icloud or AppleID.

Can anyone give this an explenation? We thought about hacker’s work, but she did not recieved an email or something saying there was someone (trying to) getting in her account.

Also, all the other information was just correct.
