Hotmail not loading

Hello. My Hotmail page is not loading on safari. I clicked on safari application and chose preferences then I clicked on security and the boxes for Fraudulent Sites a d Web content are all ticked and then I clicked on Privacy and clicked on allow from websites I visit and it don’t work and then I clicked on the other Abd still hotmail is lot loading ´. I don’t know hay to do . Pls advice
