Podcast app
Hi since the last update the podcast app is causing my phone to get really hot and kills my battery so much I have to uninstall it
Many people have experienced the same thing. I find it is not a problem when other apps aren’t also Open in the background like the Photo app or when I am simultaneously trying to charge the iPhone.
Over the years apps periodically overtax the CPU and cause heating. Apple jumps on the problem relatively quickly. I’m sure they’ll fix it shortly.
